About
High standards. Reserved execution. Memorable guest moments.

Lion Koustas
Background
I was adopted from Ethiopia in November 2008 at seven months old. My biological parents passed away from AIDS, which was and remains a crucial issue across Africa. My background, from everything in hospitality to having an older sister who is adopted from China, has shaped my perspective early and has given me a strong sense of purpose.
Mission
I'm building a career in hospitality management: service, events, operations, and premium guest experience. I operate best under pressure, value precision and presentation, and aim to build memorable, seamless experiences for guests.
Philosophy
I approach work and leadership with humility, composure, and a focus on service. I believe hospitality is not just service delivery, but emotional intelligence, awareness, and care for how people feel in a space.
