The feedback shows a consistent pattern of strong leadership presence. I am seen as confident, clear, and motivating, which allows me to naturally step into leadership roles. At the same time, the feedback highlights an important growth opportunity — learning to delegate more effectively and adjust my tone so that my confidence is always received positively.

Participation & Feedback Data

To ensure accurate and well-rounded feedback, I collected responses from a diverse group of people across different parts of my life. This includes coworkers, classmates, friends, and family members, allowing me to see how my leadership style translates across different environments.

Key Leadership Strength

Communication & Confidence

Strong communication and confidence allow me to clearly express ideas, guide others, and build trust within a team. These skills help create structure, direction, and accountability.

In hospitality and event management, I will constantly be interacting with guests, staff, and management. Being confident and clear allows me to lead teams effectively, solve problems quickly, and create a high-level experience.

My ability to communicate clearly and lead with confidence is one of my strongest assets as a future hospitality professional.

Growth Area

Delegation & Listening

One of the biggest areas for growth identified in my feedback is delegation and asking for help. I tend to take on too much responsibility instead of trusting others to contribute.

In hospitality, strong leaders build strong teams. That means assigning roles, trusting others, and actively listening.

In my next group project or work environment, I will assign clear roles, ask for input before making decisions, and focus on leading collaboratively rather than independently.

Leadership Growth Plan

Why It Matters
1 Strength: Communication & ConfidenceStrong communication and confidence allow me to clearly express ideas, guide others, and build trust within a team. These skills help create structure and keep everyone focused on goals.
1 Growth Area: Delegation & Listening to OthersDelegation and listening allow a team to function more effectively and help others grow. A strong leader builds up others instead of trying to do everything themselves.

Final Reflection

What This Means About Me as a Leader

This reflection confirms that I am a naturally strong leader with the ability to motivate, communicate, and create positive environments. However, it also shows that true leadership is about balance.

As I continue to grow, my goal is to combine confidence with humility and leadership with collaboration.

In the hospitality industry, where teamwork and guest experience are everything, this balance will define my success.
